About the Role Production Runner for Live Nation's US Concerts, based in Nashville, provides support for talent and production during shows. This role requires handling errands, transportation, and other production-related tasks with a focus on confidentiality to ensure smooth show operations. What You'll Do
- Production runner for the Nashville market
- Provide transportation for touring and venue personnel throughout the show day, such as hotel & airport pickups and drop-offs
- Run errands such as laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, coffee runs, etc.
- Coordinate large take-out orders with local restaurants, purchasing, retrieving and distributing to tour personnel
- Coordinate large shopping lists from local grocery stores and deliver to the venue
- Assist touring, venue & production staff with general production-related duties
- Maintain cash & receipts
- Provide local area information to touring staff
