作为“Tri group”的成员，组织并推动AMC结构内的问题解决与持续改进。

负责日常不合格部件的处理与分析，协调所有疑似产品的处理与保留（AS412）
-
主 Lead cross function team to adopt 8D and 4D method to solve the problem.
-
To analyze internal W&S, DPMU, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction).

Support the analysis process from customer 0KM/field issue and push the process improvement internally.

Organize the activity of red rabbit and Q-alert ect. to train and promote the quality mindset of operators and inspectors.

Checks if other ALV plants are affected and applies AS053 (Q Alert)

Updates control plans and ensures that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)

Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops
10.Participate and promote the activity of Yokoten actively to ensure the implementation of lesson learned effectively.

Support internal/external audit to improve and close open points.

Actively involved in TG3 to TG4 of APDS project, working together and handover with Project Quality

Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing) (AS106)

Verifies that the results from quality related activities at AS403 meet Autoliv and customer requirements in the scope of AS007. Verifies the closure of open quality issues prior to SOP.

Supports timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off in the scope of AS007.

Necessary support for SQ team e.g. problem analysis & judgement, containment action and risk assessment etc. in order to avoid quality spill.
17.Fulfill the other assignment from the supervisor.
