Production Process Instructor (m/f/d)
Location: Travemünde
Your responsibilities – where you make an impact!
- Coordinate personnel, machines, and resources, including shift planning
- Act as deputy Team Leader and support daily operations
- Ensure product quality through process monitoring and compliance with work instructions
- Serve as QBD1 contact and manage escalations to QBD2, including documentation
- Support safety compliance, maintenance activities, and employee training
