Production Planning Specialist
As the Production Planning Specialist, you will support the execution of production plans to ensure timely product availability and efficient workflow within the manufacturing process. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active management of production orders, forecasts, and system parameters. As an important point of contact, you will contribute to maintaining effective communication and ensuring smooth coordination of planning activities.

Responsibilities
Will Be:
- Creating and executing daily production plans based on material availability and customer demand.
- Confirming delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours of order entry into the system.
- Monitoring and managing open and overdue production orders, including resolving issues in cooperation with Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Reviewing forecasts for assigned product groups and planning production in line with S&OP requirements, sales value target & open demands
- Maintaining and verifying system (ERP) parameters to support production efficiency and on-time delivery performance
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and providing updates on order status, risks, and deviations from the plan.
- Tracking production plan execution and reporting key performance indicators to the direct manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A university degree (preferred in production management, logistics, engineering, or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data under time pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
- Communicative level of English (written and spoken), with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience working with the S&OP process and production planning tools.

Good understanding of production planning parameters and their impact on delivery performance.

Experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives.

Additional training or certification in production planning, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
