About the Role The Production Planning Coordinator performs a variety of key technical duties and activities and leads projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency. This role supports internal customers and may interact with external contacts to ensure efficient operations in Reynosa. What You'll Do
- Recommends changes to methods and procedures
- Provides feedback and coaching to others
- Coordinates work of others and provides training as required
- Assigns appropriate confidentiality status to materials and may take action to ensure compliance
- Interpolates from facts to understand root cause and resolve problems
- Designs and runs basic experiments
- Maintains internal customer relations; may interact with external contacts What We're Looking For
- Experiences/Education - Required: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience; Moderate job content knowledge
- Experiences/Education - Desired: Bachelor's Degree; 1-3 years relevant work experience; Successful track record of performance in chosen field Nice to Have
