Your responsibilities
- Planning, ordering, and monitoring the delivery of materials on time, so that the delivery deadline to the customer is met.
- Collecting order data from all ThyssenKrupp Bilstein suppliers/customers.
- Ensuring that data is captured (Forecast, Order, Changes) and updating the information in the production planning system.
- Performing plausibility checks (quantity, lead times, stage of changes, production capacity).
- Comparing orders with the annual plan.
- Maintaining and updating the future requirements together with the Sales department.
- Introducing measures for backlogs, cancellations, requirements that are higher or lower than planned.
- Introducing any escalation measures (additional shifts, weekend work, special transports, etc.).
- Identifying material requirements considering the production plan.
- Communicating the planned data to suppliers, taking the sales plan into account.
- Communicating requirements and orders, changes, and cancellations.
- Monitoring order confirmations, shipments, and goods receipts into the warehouse.
