Production Planner I

The Production Planner I will be responsible for planning and coordinating intermediate production based on formulation schedules to meet customer demand. This role develops and optimizes production schedules to ensure timely execution of the production plan. The Production Planner analyzes demand, manages inventory levels, and collaborates closely with Production, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Using SAP MRP and scheduling tools, the planner monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory, capacity, yield, scrap, and product lifecycle performance. Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.
