Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Creating of the production plan, its analysis, changing of it in regards to production capacity;

• Coordinating production plan’s fulfilment with line coordinator;

• Managing production set-up by running several processes at the same time;

• Planning and prioritizing operations, which determines maximum efficiency and minimum delay;

• Daily evaluation of bottles necks and capacity possibilities;

• Communication with other departments (quality, supply, logistics and sales).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Planning, Business Management, Supply Chain or similar technical field;

• Minimum 2 years of significant practical experience as a Production Planner;

• A solid understanding of effective production planning and LEAN principles;

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;

• Great English skills (both oral and written).
