Production Planner
Job Description Ensure the efficient and timely maintenance and repair of injection molding tools and equipment to minimize production downtime and maximize the lifespan and performance of the tools. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and maintaining a smooth workflow between the tool shop and the production floor.
- Create detailed maintenance schedules for tooling, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure tools are always production ready.
- Excel experience is a must. Build or add existing spreadsheets.
- Independently carry out order planning for tool maintenance in the system provided for this purpose (e.g. MES)
- Independent coordination and prioritization of scheduling with internal and external tool shops.
