Working closely with project managers, production leadership, quality, purchasing, and shipping teams, you will help ensure customer commitments, quality standards, inventory objectives, and delivery schedules are achieved. • Monitor workflow, production priorities, and delivery commitments, adjusting schedules as needed to address material shortages, labor constraints, or changing customer requirements.

  • Create and maintain digital and physical job routings, verify material availability, and ensure required production documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Lead planning meetings and communicate production status, priorities, risks, and schedule changes to stakeholders.

  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, inventory challenges, NCR-held materials, and operational issues that impact schedule performance.

  • Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, inventory management initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing efficiency and delivery performance.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or materials planning experience within a manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge of scheduling logic, capacity planning, demand planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, NDE, and hydrostatic testing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and other business software tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing workflow in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing or repair environment.

  • BS or BA degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
