About the Role
As a Production Packer, you’ll support production operations, ensure quality, and contribute to a safe, efficient plant environment at our Brookings facility. This role helps Solventum fulfill its mission of delivering reliable healthcare solutions while maintaining safety and quality standards. What You'll Do

Maintain productivity targets determined through machine rates.

Perform tests at high quality per specifications.

Pack finished or semi-finished products as part of the team.

Follow safety policies to protect yourself and others.

Communicate effectively in English (speaking, understanding, writing). What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role.

Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (depending on shift availability).

Clear spoken, understood, and written English.

Willingness to work onsite at the Brookings facility and adhere to safety policies. Nice to Have

Starting pay of $22.26/hour, with the potential for future pay increase; plus shift differentials.
