About the Role Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Operator paying $21.50 per hour in Dalbo, Minnesota. This temp-to-hire role supports production line operations, equipment maintenance, and quality control on the night shift. What You'll Do
- Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station.
- Maintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipment.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify the proper individuals for preventative maintenance or follow-up.
- Maintain quality by observing operations, adjusting with speed controls, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations.
- Report any food safety and food quality issues to management immediately. What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a cold environment.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Nice to Have
- Forklift experience is a PLUS. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.50/hour. Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am), Mon-Fri. Location: Dalbo, Minnesota. Temp to hire opportunity.
