About this role
The Hershey Company Memphis plant is a Non-Union plant producing products such as Ice Breakers, Breath Savers, and Good & Plenty, in a high-speed complex environment. Production is fast-paced and operators are expected to work in a variety of roles in processing and packaging within the plant. Operators are responsible for maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, perform daily audits, and complete daily production paperwork Pay Rate: Starting Payrate: $21.72/hr Shift Differentials and Overtime Potential! Once your training period begins, you will be assigned to a shift and/or schedule based on current plant need. You will be eligible to bid on other jobs, schedules and shifts after being in your assigned position for one year. Mandatory overtime could be daily or weekly (additional 4 hours on your 8-hour shift) and weekends (8 to 12-hour shifts).
