Production Operator
Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a first shift Production Operator to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with the manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.
Key Responsibilities

Assist at production stations where needed

Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery

Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance

Apply Diamon-Fusion coating to glass products

Assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements

Proficient technical skills; comfortability with technology and automated systems

Ability to safely lift 75+ lbs

Experience in the manufacturing industry or a production environment

CNC experience is valued, though not a requirement

Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials

Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments

Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
