As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role offers multiple shift options with starting pay and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Observe all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Apply quality instructions & specifications.
- Monitor the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Load/unload material into & from equipment.
- Work as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others.
- Possess the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Nice to Have
- Post-high school education
- Basic computer knowledge
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $22.04 - $25.09/hour, with a pay increase after 12 months to $23.44 - $26.48/hour.
- Shift options: 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am), or a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm – 7:30am) with every other weekend off.
