About the Role This Production Operator role supports Solventum's manufacturing operations in Guangzhou, China. You will operate production line equipment, ensure safety and quality standards (QIS), and help maintain stable production processes across shifts. What You'll Do
- Follow safety production standards and execute job operation procedures.
- Ensure product quality meets QIS standards and accurately complete first-article records, production records, and related reports.
- Operate production line equipment, perform equipment checks and monitoring, and ensure stable production flow.
- Coordinate with shift rotations and adapt to a standing work posture. What We're Looking For
- High school or vocational education or above.
- Under 35, can be relaxed to 40 with foreign company experience.
- Able to work in a shift system (4班3运转 or similar).
- Physically healthy, no noise, dust, high temperature, or occupational contraindications; must hold a valid health certificate (medical exam arranged after interview and entry upon qualification); and comply with safety regulations.
- Manufacturing operation experience preferred; experience operating winding machines and extruders.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and able to endure hard work. Nice to Have
- Experience with manufacturing equipment specific to packaging/processing (e.g., winding machine, extruder) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
