About the Role As a Production Operator, you will manufacture and process medical tapes and related products, operate production machines, and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Manufacture and processing of medical tapes and related products, including machine operation
- Perform processing steps and machine operation for related medical products
- Engage in QC circles, Lean, 5S, KYK, and other improvement activities to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For
- High school graduate or higher; knowledge of machinery and chemistry
- Physically fit and able to work weekends and rotating shifts (including night shifts)
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team and collaborate on manufacturing and improvement tasks
- Additional qualifications: experience as a manufacturing operator or leader; experience in QC activities; licenses in lifting/rigging (玉掛け), crane, forklift, and hazardous materials Class 4 are a plus Nice to Have
- Prior experience on the manufacturing floor with leadership roles
