Job title: Production Operator
About the Role The Production Operator will assemble and produce single-use products for biopharmaceutical manufacturing at Sartorius Korea Operations (Songdo). The role emphasizes strict GMP compliance in a Clean Room and overseeing equipment maintenance and material preparation to support clients' bioprocessing success.
What You'll Do
- Manufacturing & Assembly: Assemble and support production of single-use products for biopharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on product integrity and quality.
- GMP Compliance & Documentation: Follow SOPs and GMP regulations, and accurately maintain production logbooks.
- Site & Material Management: Maintain workplace cleanliness and optimize inventory by coordinating with logistics and using inventory systems.
- Waste Disposal: Sanitize the site and ensure safe disposal of process waste per approved protocols.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety and quality guidelines, perform routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance, and provide input during quality deviations.
- Training & Continuous Improvement: Support onboarding of new hires and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance safety and quality with management.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Essential Skills: Strong safety awareness, sense of responsibility, and excellent collaboration.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in GMP production or quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry; GDP (Good Documentation Practice); understanding of and ability to operate mechanical equipment; experience in process improvement activities and GMP regulatory standards; proficiency in MS Office.

- Optional/preferred qualifications related to GMP and biotech environments, additional certifications, or familiarity with inventory management systems.
