About the Role
Allegro is seeking a diligent Production Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating precision machinery and maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards in a dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment. The operator will follow SOPs, help prevent contamination, and support the production team.
What You'll Do

Operate Machinery with Precision: Carefully operate machines and probers according to specified Work Instructions and standard operating procedures, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.

Maintain Cleanliness & Prevent Contamination: Perform thorough housekeeping and machine purging at specified frequencies to ensure no stray units are left behind or mixed with other devices.

Adhere to Standards: Read and strictly comply with the Job Standard and all other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) implemented in the production line.

Support Team Operations: Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor to support overall team and production goals.

What We're Looking For

Completion of a minimum of 2 years in college or a graduate of a 2-year course.
