About the Role Solventum is seeking Production Operator candidates to join our Purification & Filtration team in Columbia, MO. This role focuses on safe, compliant production operations and quality assurance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Observe all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Apply quality instructions and specifications to production and packing operations.
- Monitor production/packing to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Load/unload materials into and from equipment.
- Collaborate with team members; share information, solve problems, and assist others.
- Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written). What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma / GED or higher.
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Nice to Have
- Post-high school education. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $24.24/hour with shift differential; potential to reach $25.58/hour after 12 months.
- Location: Onsite at 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202.
