Job title: Production Operator
About the Role As a Production Operator at Nolato Contour, you’ll play a critical role in making custom parts that go into medical devices and other equipment. You’ll work with high-tech injection molding machines to produce high-precision plastic parts for medical and industrial devices used worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Operate a high-tech injection molding machine to produce high-precision plastic parts
- Manually trim parts, inspect for defects, and package using various tools including robots
- Sometimes assemble parts by hand
- Propose process improvements and participate in training and teamwork
- Work mostly independently while following quality and safety standards
- Be prepared for a 12-hour day or night rotating shift (three days one week, four days the next, and every other weekend off)
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No experience required; training provided
- Ability to operate high-tech injection molding machines
- Ability to trim, inspect for defects, and package parts
- Comfortable working independently on a team and contributing ideas
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour rotating shift
