Job title: Production Operator Night Shift
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work safely, complying with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures and proactively identify and report potential safety hazards so they can be corrected.
- Adhere to production schedule as outlined by the supply chain team. Collect data for delays as they relate to production schedules
- Correctly carry out any required quality checks and constantly monitor the quality of the products through the manufacturing process.
- Operate all equipment as outlined in SOP, conduct set up and breakdown of equipment as required. Notify maintenance of mechanical problems and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Cross-train to various positions within and possibly outside of the department.
- Move products manually or with assisted devices/equipment, following food safety and sanitary standards.
