Summary: Production Operators are an important part of the manufacturing process and will be placed in one of a variety of L-H Battery departments from Materials Management to Module manufacturing. Operators may be responsible for transporting or loading materials, operating and/or monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of products. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards. The operator will work as part of a team to achieve production goals in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Load and operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and maintain production efficiency. Develop and demonstrate understanding and ability to use Human Machine Interface (HMI) Manage material inventories to maintain equipment operations. Perform and document quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot basic abnormal conditions as they arise. Understand, demonstrate, and adherence to workplace and process safety, PPE requirements, including, but not limited to hazardous materials, equipment and other general workplace requirements. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets. Escalate concerns according to company protocols and procedures. Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High School graduate or GED required
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand written instructions, as well as comprehend verbal instructions
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
• Easily demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic understanding and experience / comfort level with computers and digital tools including experience using Microsoft Office
• Use of PPE including, but not limited to clean room gown, mas
