About this role
About the Role The Production Operator will manufacture quality products in a safe manner and assemble and/or fit parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line. This role may involve using simple hand tools and/or power or special assembly tools, and may include tasks supported by automation or ergonomic aids. What You'll Do
- Set up and operate machines
- Load/unload machine (may be assisted by automation or ergo aids)
- Relief of fellow operators
- Operate manual material handling equipment to restock production areas with raw material or purchased parts
- Move wheeled carts, racks, bins containing work in progress to adjacent production areas
- Inspect product quality
- Clean surrounding work areas
- May be assigned different duties depending on plant needs What We're Looking For
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach or twist
- Ability to frequently lift, transfer at waist height up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk long periods of time
- Must pass a drug and alcohol screen Compensation & Benefits

- Shifts: 1st shift 5:30am-4pm; 2nd shift 4pm-2:30am
