Job title: Production Operator I
About the Role This onsite Production Operator I supports the Raw Material Preparation team in inspecting, staging, and manufacturing Serum, Urine, and Blood-based intermediates. The role may involve working on a semi-automated machine line, a manual carton packing line, or other production support tasks, with collaboration across teammates. This is a first-shift position (6:00am–2:30pm).
What You'll Do
- Work in the Raw Material Preparation department to inspect, stage, and manufacture Serum, Urine, and Blood-based intermediates.
- Operate and monitor equipment, adjust controls, and perform calculations for concentrations, dilutions, and yields; adhere to PPE, aseptic filtering, and filing procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following cGMP and SOPs.
- Document production by completing forms, reports, logs, and batch records.
- Perform basic instrument operation and maintenance; assist in troubleshooting equipment or reagents and coordinate support operations.
- Assist routine preventive maintenance and review maintenance/equipment procedures.
- Use Microsoft and SAP for compliance training and manufacturing records.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; entry-level experience acceptable.
- Basic math and writing/reading skills; ability to contribute to a goal-oriented team.
- Willingness to work first shift (6:00am–2:30pm) and to base location in Irvine, CA within commuting distance.
- Ability to work in a GMP-regulated environment and follow SOPs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: hourly rate estimated at $18.00 to $24.52; actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
