About the Role This role is part of Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business unit, where you’ll empower teams with adhesives, sealants and coatings and contribute to manufacturing excellence. The Production Operator will operate machines, set up or adjust equipment per manufacturing specifications, monitor output quality, and maintain daily production records to analyze performance. What You'll Do
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Shift available: 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:45pm-6:15am. What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or food industry preferred.
- Previous batching/blending experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: USD 19.00 - 20.00 per hour.
- This role is non-exempt; overtime pay applies per federal, state, and local laws.
