Production Operator

About the Role

The Production Operator will build products by following defined processes to meet manufacturing goals, while adhering to safety, quality, and site policies. This role supports Getinge's mission to provide life-saving technology by ensuring accurate, policy-compliant production and training record maintenance. What You'll Do

• Build product by following processes trained in their most current revision and meet production goals.

• Follow safety policies and the Getinge Quality Policy; ensure quality and compliance with manufacturing process requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, including training files and shop floor paperwork (SFP).

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles; participate in Shared Leadership tasks as directed.

• Follow Getinge and site-specific policies; attend and pass required training (QS Basics, Lean Training).

• Demonstrate basic SAP knowledge, if applicable; maintain individual training records.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and be willing to take on new tasks.

• This is not an inclusive list of duties. What We're Looking For

• High School diploma (equivalent) or 3 years of work experience preferred.

• 0-12 months of experience in a medical device-manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to follow processes and understand technical job duties; basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• Able to communicate in basic English; effective team player, flexible, and eager to learn. Nice to Have

• Experience with Lean concepts; familiarity with shop floor documentation and training records. Compensation & Benefits

• The compensation range for this position is $18.50-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
