In our production facility in Vršac we focus on manufacturing high-quality components used in dialysis therapy, such as AV systems, PD/HD accessories and transparent alpha clamps. With a team of about 1,500 employees, our plant plays a significant role in supporting Fresenius Medical Care’s mission to improve patient care worldwide. Using advanced technologies and the highest quality standards, we contribute daily to the development of products that change patients' lives.

Your responsibilities

• Performing work operations to prepare components for assembly of finished products and semi-finished products according to defined work instructions.
• Manual assembly, screwing and gluing of components using appropriate materials and tools
• Inspection, sorting and preparation of components for the production process
• Working on packaging operations and quality control of finished products and semi-finished products.
• Monitoring packaging machines and checking the correctness of packaged products.
• Forming and labeling transport packaging, and stacking products on pallets.
• Participating in assembly of subassemblies of finished products on the production line.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order of the workspace.

Your profile

• Minimum completed elementary school.
• Preferred experience in a production environment, but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Responsibility, accuracy and commitment to quality of work.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Motivation for learning and professional development.
