About the Role The Production Operator operates and monitors packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are packaged in compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and company procedures while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency. It also covers molding, washing, coating and cleanroom activities to support rubber stopper production. What You'll Do
- Operate manual and semi-automatic compression moulding/trimming machines to produce moulded sheets from preform rubber compounds in accordance with SOPs and WI's to meet productivity standards.
- Pre-control rubber compounds on preforms in accordance with productivity standards.
- Operate washer, washing lift, container washer, oven, oven lift, coater and related machines to support washing and coating processes for rubber stoppers, including in-process checks per SOPs and WI's.
