About the Role
Bobbie is seeking a Production Operator to run equipment that turns raw ingredients into infant formula. This role is hands-on and documentation-heavy in an FDA-regulated facility.
What You'll Do

Operate industrial mixers, homogenizers, heat treatment systems, and spray dryers via HMI controls

Manage and document bulk ingredient blending, heat treatment, and controlled batch weighing

Operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems; perform CIP, COP, and routine sanitation per SOP

Complete all batch records and electronic documentation in real time per GDP

Work cross-functionally with quality, warehouse, and canning as needed

What We're Looking For
-
Experience in food processing, pharma manufacturing, or another technical production environment

Comfortable with computer screens and data entry — HMI interfaces are part of every shift

Able to stay calm and methodical when multiple systems require attention

Technically minded with or without manufacturing background; precise with documentation

On-your-feet 8–10 hours and lifting up to 60 lbs repeatedly; mentally and physically prepared for a regulated environment

Willing to gown per GMP requirements (hair net, no jewelry, no nail polish, no fragrances, dedicated footwear)

Nice to Have

Manufacturing experience preferred (food, beverage, pharma, military, trades)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $24/hour on 2nd shift (+$2 shift differential) and $24/hour on 3rd shift (+$2) with occasional OT as needed

Overtime: Occasional OT may be required based on production needs
