Production & Operations Manager
A growing media and communications organization in Abuja seeks a Production & Operations Manager to lead and manage production operations, combining strong production leadership with operational excellence to help scale impact and deliver premium work consistently. The role requires blending creativity with strategic thinking to ensure every production communicates a clear message and inspires action, while collaborating with photographers, videographers, editors, writers, producers, and project managers to deliver visually compelling storytelling across multiple platforms as part of the creative team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's growing production operations
- Combine production leadership with operational excellence to help the organization scale its impact and deliver premium work consistently
- Ensure every production communicates a clear message and inspires action
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, writers, producers, and project managers to deliver visually compelling storytelling across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in film, television, documentary, or media production
- Strong understanding of production management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Good knowledge of camera workflows, lighting, sound, and post-production processes
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong network within Nigeria's creative and production industry is an added advantage
