Production Material Handler-I (PM Shift)

About the Role Silvus Technologies is seeking a Production Material Handler-I who will report to the Production Manager on the Production Team. The successful individual in this role will play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow by managing the movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping Departments. This position is fully onsite at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in West Los Angeles. What You'll Do

• Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
• Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
• Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
• Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
• Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
• Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.
• Perform other related duties of which the above are representative. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preference for handling electronic components, PCB assemblies, and accessories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent follow-through.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dependable and positive with a team-oriented attitude.
• Note: U.S. Person required due to clients under U.S. federal contracts; ability to pass background check and drug test. Nice to Have
• Experience with handling electronic components, PCBs, and related accessories.
• ERP experience and familiarity with material reallocation and change orders. Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour. This pay range is not a guarantee and will vary based on experience and qualifications.
