About the Role Silvus Technologies, part of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Production Material Handler-I to help maintain smooth production flow by managing movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping. This onsite role supports the AM shift (4:30am–12:30pm) at Silvus Technologies’ West Los Angeles headquarters. What You'll Do
- Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
- Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
- Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
- Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping to ensure materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
- Support inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
- Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.
- Perform other related duties as required. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for handling electronic components, PCBs, and accessories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with initiative, sound judgment, and follow-through.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Dependable and positive with a team-oriented attitude.
- Note: Must be a U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

- Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly. This pay range is not a guarantee and may vary based on experience and qualifications.
