- Set production schedules and assign daily tasks to the team.
- Ensure approved recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed across both drink lines.
- Inspect batches and stop or rework drinks that fail to meet required standards.

- Ability to work on-site on weekdays, with occasional event or weekend work.
