The ideal candidate brings sound operational judgment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners to meet customer and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily manufacturing operations and guide plant performance to achieve targets for safety, product quality, on-time output, and cost control.

  • Work with human resources as needed to address employee concerns, support team relations, and reinforce a productive workplace.

  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, housekeeping, legal, company, and customer requirements across manufacturing areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field.

  • At least 8 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Background managing production teams, schedules, and operational performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated success with lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and continuous improvement methods.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and senior leadership.

  • Experience evaluating team capabilities and coordinating training to improve workforce performance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational issues and make sound decisions.

  • Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
