About this role

Production Manager

Ensure safety of people, environment and plant in day-to-day operations.
Lead planning, scheduling and execution of manufacturing operations and meet OTIF.
Work with the plant maintenance team to accommodate and complete planned preventive maintenance activities.
Train and develop plant team members to create effective teams and efficient shift production.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them with support from the Plant Manager.
Drive and implement continuous improvement and capacity enhancement projects.
Good knowledge of Management of Change, Work Permit Systems and LOTO.
Drive sustainable projects for reduction of VOC, water, energy in the processes and meet the targets.
Apply knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis and Workplace Hazard Analysis.
Plan and execute trial batches for new products/processes in coordination with the technical team.
