The Production Manager will be fully responsible for managing production operations within the factory, working towards achieving production plans based on the highest levels of efficiency and quality while minimizing possible costs, with direct supervision of the production teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete and direct supervision of all production operations within the factory, from the start of the production line to the delivery of the final product.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with sales orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor product quality standards at each stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with established specifications.
• Manage and guide production supervisors and workers, distribute tasks, and monitor daily performance for each production line.
• Continuous coordination with maintenance, warehouse, quality, and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material consumption and waste ratios, and propose necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, achievement metrics, and deviations to upper management.
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of workplace safety procedures within production lines.
• Study the causes of interruptions and recurrent downtime in coordination with the maintenance department, and propose immediate solutions.
• Contribute to evaluating the performance of production workers and provide recommendations for promotions, development, or addressing issues as needed.
