Production Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSC/HND in any Technical/Engineering or any related Field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years as a Production Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing or medical device production.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and assembly line management.
- Experience in supervising operators, technicians, and production staff.
- Understanding of quality control standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Familiarity with production efficiency optimization.
- Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, workplace discipline
- Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment downtime reduction and quick problem resolution.
Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:
- Experience in the medical device industry (syringes, needles, or plastic components) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to maintain productivity and motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production flow.
