Job title: Production & Maintenance Quality Assurance Engineer
About the Role Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain Operations & Services embeds the Production & Maintenance QA Engineer within Manufacturing Operations to ensure product increments are reliable across SAP, SaaS, low-code/no-code solutions, integrations, events, and microservices. They design and execute end-to-end test strategies to validate features, robustness, scalability and regression-free updates, and act as the voice of quality inside the Product Team.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute test strategies and create test cases, plans and strategies for end-to-end flows across SAP, SaaS, low-code/no-code, integrations, events and microservices.
- Validate features and end-to-end processes, ensuring robustness, scalability and regression-free updates for the composable ecosystem.
- Champion quality best practices, automation, and product excellence within the Product Team.
- Collaborate across the Manufacturing Operations domain to ensure reliable product increments in a real-time, data-driven IIoT environment ISA95-based Unified NameSpace.
What We're Looking For
- Master degree / Engineer in Information Technologies with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in software QA or similar role; ideally with a consulting background.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
- Familiarity with test management tools.
- Experience with bug tracking tools.
- Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs.
- Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models.
- Excellent ability to communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
- Fluent in English.
- Additionally, 7+ years experience in industrial environments and full project lifecycle deploying Manufacturing ERP & MES, SAP PP with MES, and exposure to Low Code/No Code platforms are valued.
