Job title: Production Machine Operator B - Shift 6am - 6pm

About the Role Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment on the 6am–6pm shift. You will manage product flow, ensure quality, use HMIs and PLCs, and support data-driven improvements on the line.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor high-speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
  • Maintain all product flow and ensure comprehensive product quality.
  • Utilize computer screens and HMIs; be familiar with HMI functionality.
  • Support OEE functions on the line; interpret data and make adjustments when needed.
  • Maintain a clean work area and equipment; perform line inspections and report using computers/tablets.
  • Assist with line changeovers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; capable of multitasking and troubleshooting; strong critical thinking.
  • Interfaces with Allen-Bradley PLC controllers and touch-screen devices.
  • Ability to work required hours; position is 40+ hours per week; summer schedule may include Saturdays and Sundays; possible 12-hour flex shifts.
  • Successful completion of forklift certification, as applicable.
  • English proficiency (speak, read, write, comprehend).

Nice to Have

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
