Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced Production Leader who has successfully led complex manufacturing operations and knows how to deliver results. You'll bring a proven ability to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and build high-performing teams while maintaining uncompromising standards for safety, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead production operations across printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch-making, ensuring targets for safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance are achieved.
- Develop, coach, and manage Production Department Leaders through performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
- Oversee production efficiency, capacity utilization, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Support the integration and alignment of a second production site, including the harmonization of processes and operational standards and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while promoting a strong performance culture.
Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial production, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and management levels.

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of production cost management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Employment Type: Full-time (38h/ week).

We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 64,000 gross/year, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
