The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Lead to work at a company located in the Miramar, FL area!
Job Title: Production Lead Job Location: Miramar, FL 33025 Pay: 18.50 p/hr Monday – Friday 3:00PM -11:30PM
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical and dietary supplement production environment.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing, a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the ability to lead a diverse, bilingual production team.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging activities.

Lead a team of approximately 5–8 production associates.

Ensure production goals, quality standards, and daily schedules are met.

Assist with equipment setup, production line changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor productivity, workflow, and overall production efficiency.

Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Train, guide, and support production employees.

Communicate effectively with a multicultural team in both English and Spanish.

Identify production issues and work with management to implement solutions.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing experience is required.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Previous experience leading or supervising production employees.

Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, packaging lines, and production processes.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work hands-on alongside production employees.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high quality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
