About this Position

Lead cell performance across Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale KPIs. Drive daily management routines, address operational gaps, and develop team capabilities to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the full set of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale KPI’s for the specific Cell.

• Set direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy.

• Accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices.

• Own and execute the daily/weekly/monthly C-DOR meeting and escalate need for help to the P-DOR meeting (via the Head of Operations).

• Ensure all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed - Attend to the L-DOR meeting(s) every morning for coaching purpose.

• Coach the team in daily DMS execution to guide a manufacturing or operations team through their Daily Management System (DMS) routines and act on deviations.

• What makes you a good fit

• Engineering background with majors like Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar to and with 3-5 years of experience in production management role.

• Proficiency with ERP and production tracking tools like SAP.

• Capacity to train & coach associates, delegate tasks, build morale, and guide operators toward daily targets.

• Excellent Critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

• Very good understanding of financials and business acumen skills.
