About the Role Performs unskilled production labor duties at Foods locations as assigned by a supervisor. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring heavy lifting and flexibility to work at multiple stations as production needs demand. The shift is Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM. What You'll Do
- Perform various unskilled production labor duties at assigned stations as directed by supervisor.
- Work at assigned work station or other stations with equivalent requirements as production needs require.
- Fill in for other production employees as needed due to absences, vacations, or production needs.
- Follow all safety procedures; this is a safety-sensitive position.
- Use equipment and materials properly and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Be available to work across multiple stations and adapt to changing production needs. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words; print and speak simple sentences.
- Reasoning ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions; handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
- Physical demands: Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 75 pounds; vision requirements include close vision and depth perception.
- Work environment: Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold; loud noise. Safety procedures and security awareness are expected.
- Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently at work and on time; able to commit to long hours when necessary.
