About the Role This is an on-site, unskilled production labor role at Bachoco Foods locations. The position requires performing various production tasks as directed by a supervisor and is safety sensitive. The role supports production needs across locations and may involve filling in for other workers. What You'll Do
- Perform various unskilled production labor duties at Bachoco Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor.
- Work at assigned work stations or other stations with equivalent requirements as production needs require.
- Fill in for other production employees due to absences, vacations, or production needs.
- Adhere to safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Other duties may be assigned. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read basic words and recognize similarities between words and numbers; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions; work with standardized situations.
- Physical requirements: ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 75 pounds; work in wet/humid conditions and loud environments.
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive role and follow procedures.
