About the role
We are seeking a talented professional to join the Founders Office team in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Role Overview
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience running production infrastructure, including on-call responsibilities.
- Location: Remote (India) initially, with a plan to transition to Bangalore after 3-6 months.
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 20 to 35 LPA, based on experience and expertise.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership in a cutting-edge, AI-driven engineering technology setting, supporting operations and infrastructure critical to production systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain production infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.

Participate in on-call rotations to address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering and product initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and operational processes.
