Job Summary
- The Production Geologist will provide geological support for field development, drilling and production activities across OML 30. Working closely with Petrophysicists, Reservoir Engineers and other members of the Technical team, the role will develop and update reservoir models, interpret subsurface data, support well planning and contribute to reservoir characterisation and reserves assessment.
Job Details
- The Production Geologist will be responsible for:
- Prepare and update subsurface structural depth maps for fields across OML 30.
- Develop geological and stratigraphic cross-sections along strike and dip to support field reviews and subsurface opportunity evaluations.
- Monitor and track drilling operations and compare planned well trajectories and depths against actual results.
- Archive and manage comprehensive well data, including well logs, deviation surveys, formation tops, stratigraphic data and structural data.
- Participate in field reviews and quality assurance of proposed well plans.
