Job title: Production Director LATAM
About the Role Live Nation’s Latin America Concerts business is looking for a Production Director who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of production for LATAM concerts and tours across the region. The Director will manage and support events, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to production teams, freelancers, and venue partners across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on production goals and deliverables.
- Responsible for all on-stage, backstage, and other technical and site planning details of events.
- Leverage deep knowledge of venue operations, union and labor protocols, technical systems, and safety standards to make informed decisions and mitigate risks.
- Include advancing and obtaining technical information, including venue details, production needs, rider requirements, and other coordination tasks as part of event prep.

- Excellent client relationship management and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Senior-level production leadership with the ability to drive operational excellence and mitigate risks in LATAM markets.
