About the Role Live Nation’s Latin America Concerts business is looking for a Production Director who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of production for LATAM concerts and tours across our region. The Director will have the opportunity to manage and support various events throughout the year, collaborating directly with internal and external stakeholders. The Production Director is a senior role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact productions across diverse venues and client types, driving operational excellence and ensuring creative and technical standards are met at every stage of production.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to production teams, freelancers, and venue partners across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on production goals and deliverables.
- Responsible for all on-stage, backstage, and other technical and site planning details of events.
- Leverage deep knowledge of venue operations, union and labor protocols, technical systems, and safety standards to make informed decisions and mitigate risks.

- Experience managing production for large-scale events or tours across multiple sites; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
