Job title: Production Coordinator - Part Time/Seasonal
About the Role As a Production Coordinator for Live Nation's US Concerts, you will support and reconcile show and event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel, and financial aspects of the Production department, working closely with the Production Manager to ensure successful shows.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production department and venue
- Assist/complete a daily show flash (P&L) of every event
- Understand deal structures and the settlement process
- Maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positions
- Train/assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed
- Monitor budget awareness and track financial aspects of the department
- Assist/create and maintain inventory and maintenance logs
- Ensure procedures are cost effective
- Create daily/weekly show schedules and distribute information to Operations Managers in a timely manner
- Work with the Production Manager to schedule appropriate staff while maintaining labor costs within budget guidelines
- Maintain regular communications with the Production Manager and the GM
- Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization
- Help manage stage, sound, and lighting crews
- Coordinate operational feedback with Talent Buyer
- Advance technical and hospitality details for shows/events with the Production Manager/team
- Assist with overseeing maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems and advise on repairs when needed
- Ensure safe and consistent operation
